I love all natural fibers, especially fibers like silk, alpaca, wool. I'm also interested in hemp, nettle, soysilk, milkfiber, etc. fibers. I don't like acryl or other "plastic" 100% manmade fibers.
2. What do you use to store your needles/hooks in?
Nothing they are in a closet.
3. How long have you been knitting & how did you learn? Would you consider your skill level to be beginner, intermediate or advanced?
I've knited since I was a kid. My mother taught me to knit. I'm probably intermediate even I should be advanced since I have studied three years sewing and knitting in a school of arts and crafts.

No.
5. What's your favorite scent?
I like vanilla for example. There are very rare scents I don't like.

Oh yes! Everything goeschocolate, toffee, etc. I also like salty nuts and other snacks...

I have a spindle but I'm dreaming about a spinning wheel. I also like beads and sometimes try to make jewelry.

I like many different styles of music. Mostly rock or heavy. I also like old rock music from 60's 70's. I'm able to listen CDs and also MP3s.
9. What's your favorite color(s)? Any colors you just can't stand?
My favorite color is army green (olive green). I also like very much of all colors of fall: burned reds, rust, burnt oranges, all browns (especially chocolate brown). Actually there is only a few colors I don't like (e.g. neon colors)
10. What is your family situation? Do you have any pets?
I live (alone) with two turtles and one tortoise. I like animals very much. I do have a boyfriend.
11. Do you wear scarves, hats, mittens or ponchos?
Scarves, hats and mittens, yes. Ponchos no.

Lately I have been knitting mostly socks. But I like to knit anything!

Socks, a sweater, another sweater...many projects.

Yes, absolutely!
15. Do you prefer straight or circular needles? Bamboo, aluminum, plastic?
I prefer circulars. Material depends on the yarn. Some yarns need metal needles in order to run well. I have full sets of bamboo needles and couple of Addi Turbo circular needles. I'd like to try wooden needles (birch, ebony, etc.) and I'm dreaming about KnitPicks Harmony needles. They are so beautiful.
16. Do you own a yarn winder and/or swift?
Yes, both.
17. How old is your oldest UFO?
I think it is from year 1995 so 13 years.
18. What is your favorite holiday?
Probably it is Christmas.

Yes there are; cow (black and white) printed things and also turtle & tortoise themed objects. And YARN, of course!

I'm a subscriber of Interweave Knits.
I'd love to try some exotic yarns such as yak hair or milk fiber yarn. In addition I'd like to try spinning some hand dyed wool tops, they are so pretty!
21. Are there any new techniques you'd like to learn?
I'm planning to try dyeing with acid dyes. So far I've only tried kool-aids.

Yes I am. Shoe size is (European) 37. The length of my foot is 23cm, circumference of foot is 22cm, circumference of ankle also 22cm, calf circumference 34,5cm.
